Downloading or using the program creates an agreement.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR
USE THE APPLICATION.

Terminology used in this agreement:
- Tksoft: Tksoft Inc., Porvoo, Finland.
- License: This license, unless otherwise specified.
- Licensee: You, the party who accepts the terms of this agreement.
- Program and Application are used interchangeably in this agreement to
  describe the program to which this agreement applies.

This program is owned by Tksoft, and its copyright is owned by Tksoft. It
is licensed, not sold. Tksoft grants the licensee a nonexclusive license
to use the program according to the terms of this agreement.

Subject to the terms below, the licensee is given the right for one person
to install and use the program.

The licensee agrees to:
- ensure that only authorized representatives of the Licensee use or access
  the program.
- ensure that each copy of the program is accompanied by a full copy of the
  program and this license.
- not lend, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the program available to
  other parties.
- not reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to translate the program,
  or let others do so.

This agreement covers the accompanying program, as well as any other
services provided by Tksoft, including services provided over the network,
support services, updates of the application, and components, data or other
applications or application components provided by Tksoft. If said services or
products include their own licenses, then those licenses will take precedence.

If the agreement between Tksoft and the Licensee specifies a fixed term, this
license agreement is terminated when that term comes to an end. An exception
is granted when the agreement is renewed by the parties. This agreement remains
in force until it is terminated or the agreement covering the program's use
by the Licensee is terminated.  If no term is specified for the agreement,
the term will be set at 12 months, after which time the license will expire.

Tksoft may terminate the license if the Licensee violates the terms of this
agreement.  If the license is terminated, the Licensee agrees to discontinue
using the program immediately.  The terms of this agreement apply fully
to both parties' successors and other parties who might take over the
responsibilities of the affected party.

The Licensee is not allowed to transfer the license to another party.

PROGRAM HAS NO WARRANTY
TKSOFT PROVIDES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THE APPLICATION,
THIS RESTRICTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. SUCH LACK OF WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED
BY APPLICABLE LAWS. IN CASES WHERE RESTRICTIONS ARE IMPOSED BY LAWS, AND A
TIMESPAN IS PERMITTED ON SUCH WARRANTIES, THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TERM WILL
APPLY, AFTER WHICH TIME ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL CEASE TO BE IN FORCE.

YOU, THE LICENSEE ASSUME THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF TAKING NECESSARY
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT AGAINST ALL FORESEEABLE AND UNFORESEEN THREATS.
UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OR AGREED TO IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN
AGREEMENT, TKSOFT SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE
PROGRAM, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES BE CONSEQUENTIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
SPECIAL. IT IS DEEMED INCONSEQUENTIAL WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY THE
USE OF THE PROGRAM OR INABILITY TO USE IT, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF RESOURCES
REQUIRED BY THE PROGRAM, SUCH AS SERVER RESOURCES LOCATED ON THE NETWORK.

The Licensee assures Tksoft that he/she is aware that damages can arise from
the use of software, or the inability to use it, and that the Licensee will
take the necessary precautions to prevent such damages.  Some damages are
foreseeable while others are not. An incomplete list of examples of such
damages is below:

- data loss.
- responsibility arising from data errors, or data processing errors.
- lost income or savings, profits, reputation, or goodwill.

THESE LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY SHALL APPLY EVEN IF TKSOFT WAS ADVISED OR
WAS OTHERWISE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE ABOVE CONDITIONS OF NON-WARRANTY SHALL APPLY EQUALLY TO TKSOFT AND TO
ANY OTHER PARTY WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THIS PROGRAM.

The limitations and exlusions above apply to the fullest extent possible,
within the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by applicable laws.

Even in cases where Tksoft is determined to be at fault, Tksoft's liability
shall not exceed the amount paid to Tksoft by the licensee.

The above limit on liability shall include the full extent of liability by
Tksoft and any other party who has contributed to this program, collectively.

This program may include data or code copyrighted by third parties. Please
see applicable copyright notices for such data or code. If you do not find
the applicable notices, Tksoft will provide them for you.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Tksoft and the
Licensee.

If the Licensee is deemed a "consumer," some of the limitations on warranty
(see above) might not apply.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such
findings shall only apply to the specific portions of the agreement. All
other parts of the agreement shall remain in force.

The laws of Finland apply.
